warranty. The 53-0700 battery is a totally sealed, maintenance free battery.
Measuring 6 7/8 long x 6 1/16 high x 3 5/16 wide, and has been tested and
proven on big inch and high compression motors. It has true 350 cold cranking
amps.

Warranty
and Adjustment Policy This battery will be replaced without charge
if found to be defective in materials or workmanship 6 months from date
of over-the counter purchase. After 6 months but within 12 months of over-the
counter purchase, the battery will be replaced and the purchaser charged
only for the period of ownership based on the regular price at the time
of return prorated over the number of months of warranty. This warranty
is available through the dealer to the original retail customer and is not
transferrable and is voided by the use of rejuvenators, improper electrolyte,
neglect or abuse. |
