| Here is a typical catalog page showing several items. All the BLUE BOLD VT numbers are hot links. Just point the cursor at the part number and CLICK it. The cursor should turn into a finger as you roll over the item. |

| Here we are adding an item to the shopping cart. The ARROW cursor turns into a hand pointing at the item on rollover. Now you CLICK the item to add it to the shopping cart. |

| Here we are adding this item to the shopping cart. Simply select the quantity and ADD TO CART. |

| Now you can continue shopping or begin the checkout process. You can also remove items at this point if you've made an error by clicking the shopping cart remove item icon and it will remove the item from the shopping cart. |

Once you've clicked the Begin Checkout option, you'll get to the Billing Information page. FOR PAYPAL ORDERS READ BELOW. If you want to Pay with PAYPAL instead of a credit card, you can select PAYPAL as method and enter any random numbers in the account number. We will receive your order and send you a request for payment for your order or a PayPal invoice for the base prices of the parts ONLY. We will add the shipping costs for DOMESTIC U.S. orders only at this point. For International customers, This will NOT include the shipping cost for your order. You submit payment for the amount of the parts and then we order the items. You will receive a second request for the shipping costs in 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed. |

| Submit all the information in the required fields and PLEASE include the shipping address as it should appear on the shipping label. We usually copy and paste your address right onto your shipping label. We ask that all customers include a telephone number including international customers as it makes shipping and delivery issues much easier. |

| The bottom field is the comments box you can include any special shipping instructions, comments or requests. Once you click the submit button and you will receive a confirmation email with the order. If you have received that email, rest assured that we receive a similar email with your order information on our end and your order is being processed. We process most orders within 24 hours. THAT'S IT! |
