Sales and Shipping Policies

Mas Classics-Vintage American Motorcycle Parts, is located in Buena Park, California which is in Orange County, approximately 25 miles from the City of Los Angeles. We've been online since 1996 and primarily a mail order business. We can make arrangements with local and traveling customers who are in Southern California. If planning to visit, please call to make an appointment first so we make sure you don't catch us out for lunch.

All prices of products are subject to change without notice. Please e-mail or call to confirm the current prices on ALL V-Twin Mfg. parts. The price in effect at the time will prevail regardless of what is posted on website. We take every measure to post accurate prices on the web site but are not responsible for typos or errors. Responding with an email with a request to order parts does not constitute placing an order with Mas Classics. Possession of a V-Twin printed catalog or price list does not constitute an offer. Due to the changing conversion rates of the US Dollar against the Euro Dollar and shipping costs, the prices on products. may increase accordingly. There is no minimum order from the V-Twin Mfg. sections. We ask that you email us with the item part numbers first as we confirm the current prices with our suppliers. Orders are placed either by ordering directly on the online catalog, telephone, fax, or via e-mail with your payment information. There are NO CASH REFUNDS on V-Twin orders as we cannot get a cash refund from V-Twin.

If there is something defective with the products from V-Twin, we can arrange a credit from them upon return of the product, and apply the credit to other products they carry only. Once an order is placed with V-Twin (usually within 24 hours of placing the order) our No Cash Refund policy applies. We have no way to cancel orders with V-Twin, once the order is placed, we are billed for the item and it will ship with UPS. Cancellations are be handled as a return to V-Twin, requiring a return authorization and subject to return shipping at customer's expense and 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance on items. Returned items must be shipped with either UPS or Federal Express, they will not accept any US Postal returns. No V-Twin Mfg. exchanges after 60 days from the date on invoice. Parts must be the the same new, unused condition as you get them. You will be credited only after V-Twin credits our account. This process can take a few weeks. We strive for a quick turn around and getting the parts to our customers quickly.

Our V-Twin Mfg. online catalogs are immense and we now do drop ship orders from both warehouses in Newburgh New York and also from St. Joseph (Kansas City) Missouri daily. V-Twin orders also arrive here in 3 to 5 business days for our international customer. Once they arrive here, we ship standard UPS ground shipping or US Postal Priority Mail for smaller items. If you require insurance on the smaller orders (1 to 4 lbs) then they must ship UPS, as we ship domestic US Postal packages with a postal meter from the business premises. Postal packages with Insurance or delivery confirmation requires a trip to the post office and we go to the post office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. International orders also ship Postal on those days of the week only. We WILL NOT ship packages using DHL under any circumstances. They are simply incompetent, customer service is miserable and we have had nothing but headaches with them and no longer to use them for any shipments.

Original used and New Old Stock parts are difficult to keep in stock, in short supply, and consequently all prices are subject to change without notice. Sales can be paid by Visa or Mastercard, American Express, Discover card, PayPal, certified funds, money orders or cashiers checks. Please make money orders and cashiers checks payable to Mas Classics. Personal checks will be accepted, but will be held for clearance. Sorry, we cannot ship orders COD anymore as our suppliers requires payment upon delivery of the parts. California Residents must include 7.750% state sales tax to all orders.

Prices on parts listed on the site do not include shipping, handling or insurance. Shipping and handling charges $2.50 minimum. (Alaska and Hawaii customers e-mail for shipping quotes). UPS Ground is our primary method of domestic shipping within the 48 continental U.S. We also have a Federal Express shipping account. We also ship US Postal Priority Mail. It is an economical and efficient way to ship and can usually get a package across the country in 2 days for less than UPS, for some packages 1 to 4 lbs. Heavy items (up to 70 lbs.) can be sent US Priority or Parcel Post and will take a little longer, I will make arrangements for shipping of heavy items like motors and complete motorcycles. UPS handles up to 150 lb packages. Heavier packages must be shipped by truck freight line.

To return an item, you must first contact us for authorization, then you may return the item within 30 days from the date of invoice. Include a copy of the invoice and we will send you a refund. Canceled orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Part must be returned in the same condition it was shipped to you, not altered or modified, or no refund will be issued. Our intent is to supply you with the best quality parts, for a decent prices, and get as many old V-Twins back to life again.
